Deep Cove Partners was established to invest with a longer horizon than the market typically allows. We saw too much capital chasing quick exits and too little willing to do the patient work of building real value.
Today we own and operate a focused portfolio of real estate assets and private companies. In every case we commit our own capital, take an active role, and align ourselves fully with the partners and operators we work alongside.
We are deliberately concentrated. We would rather know a handful of investments deeply than spread ourselves thin across many.
